Oli Grounsell recently made his mark at Porth Nefoedd with the brilliant Born from the Darkness 8A, the direct sit start to the original stand-up line Bane 7A, in the Bat Cave area.

Start down in the pit with hands on an obvious large shelf. Powerful and technical climbing leads up the blunt arete to glory!

Pete Robins (who climbed a right hand sit start to Bane at "hard 7B" in Jan 2015) and Oli had a quick play on the line last year and returned again together on 22 Feb this year when Oli did the deed.
