Owen Hayward recently added a couple of newbies to the steep wall of immaculate dolerite at Graig Fawr, Rhiw. First up was the sitting start to Too Hard for George Smith which starts from an obvious juggy hold below the crack and bumps the original highball classic up to 6C+ ish. Owen then linked Si Panton’s Sideshow Bob traverse into THFGS to give Sideshow Smith 7A+. Follow Sideshow Bob but, instead of making the final moves up to the big ledge, keep moving right past a techy section, dropping slightly into the start of THFGS which gives a great, pumpy finish.
