After the controversy surrounding last month's feature, it's great to have Big G back with a quality offering.
Dear NWB.com,
Just when you thought the rain was going to go on for eternity, out pops the sun and before you know it there’s dry rocks popping up all over the place like daffodils. This little offering is situated close to amenities (the Pen y Gwryd), but also enjoys a somewhat paradoxically glorious isolation. Cwmffynnon is awash with stuff like this, along with slabs and all sorts of bits and pieces, many of which have probably been pummelled up previously.
The main face has a good problem through the centre and another up the right hand side. Hones will affect a traverse of the break. The roof to the right is untouched as far as the Boulder of the Month staff are aware. Find it at gr 655566.
Best regards,
Big G
