Pete Robins has kicked off development of a new section of crag down at Sea View Walls, one of the tidal crags which sit below Marine Drive (see page 610 in the new NWB guide). To find it walk 100m to the right of the Sea View Prowess section.

Towards the right side of the wall there is a slim, left-facing groove. The line just left is Crimpaholic, 7A+ from a sitting start at the obvious jugs.

The line just left of this is Pokerface 6C+ from standing, while hardest of the trio, Slapperholic 7B+, is the obvious line over on the right end of the wall. This starts sitting on good holds on the right shelf; slap out right to a sloper on the lip then move up the wall to the mid height break.

According to Pete: “They are all two star gems on perfect limestone.”
